Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the 12 bdt platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The information you provide at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. 12 bdt reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false information at any time. Each user may only open one account, and operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your own responsibility.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Allowing or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. 12 bdt will not be held liable for any damages resulting from third-party access to your account. We recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All transactions on the 12 bdt platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only, and using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and verification must be completed beforehand. Specific terms and conditions apply to any bonus or promotional offer accepted, and these will be stated separately. In cases of fraudulent transactions or system abuse, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited. We are committed to ensuring full transparency in all financial matters.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or offers.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process using a false identity or forged documents.
• Conducting any form of illegal financial activity through the platform.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

12 bdt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon publication on the website. Users are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions. If you object to any term, please stop using the platform and contact us. We are committed to always following fair and transparent policies that protect the interests of our users.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The courts and judicial authorities of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes or claims. Any dispute between a user and 12 bdt will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the applicable legal procedures of Bangladesh will be followed. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Our goal is always to maintain a fair and equitable relationship with our users.
